About IELTS
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) measures the language proficiency of individuals who want to study or work in countries where English is used as a language of communication.
IELTS exam is conducted worldwide by British Council, UK and IDP, Australia. This test is available in two formats academic and general.
Academic IELTS -If applying for higher education or professional registration in English speaking countries.
General IELTS – If migrating to Australia, Canada or the UK.
One can appear for IELTS test as many times as required. It is conducted 4 -5 times every month. The test score is valid for 2 years.

Commonly Asked Questions
You should book your exam date 15 days in advance from your intended test date. We recommend booking a test date that should allow you 1-2 weeks of self-preparation and practice after your IELTS coaching is over.
The scores are available 13 days after the test date for paper-based test and 5 days after the test date for computer-based test. You can expect to receive a ETRF in 15 Days after the test date.
Carry your original passport along with colored photocopies of the front and the back pages, 2 pens, 2 pencils, 1 eraser and 1 sharpener (if you’re going to use a regular pencil), and a transparent water bottle with you when you go to the centre.
There are more than 50 test centres across all major cities, and you can appear from the one closest to you.
Yes you can retake the exam after applying for the test online and choosing the desired centre.
